The governor's an idiot. You need a curfew. Not an invitation to protest.

โ€œTonight, and in the days ahead, if you are going to protest, please do so peacefully and safely. Please do not allow the actions of a few distract us from the work we must do together to demand justice, equity, and accountability.โ€

It can be done. There's 115 blocks. 4 different colors. Position(1,1) has 36. (1,2) has 16. (1,4) has 50. (1,8) has 13. Each block representing a bit set to 1 or 0 mapped to a letter sounded great. Even accounting for spacers represented by one or more of the colors blocks ended up with an odd number. And you need a sum evenly divisible by 8 to make that work. So no go on the binary bracelet.
