You are wrong.

They have shown logistics capabilities, they have shown soldiers in their organization, and they have 'medics'.

That by definition is a militia.

A mob does not have that kind of organization.

The Militia Act of 1903 organized the National Guard into a component of the U.S. Military with funding provided by both the Federal and state governments, and made it clear that the U.S. Government could federalize the National Guard for national security reasons. Therefore, National Guard members recite a dual oath to the United States and their state government.

They are by all means not affiliated with NG or NM, thus making them an un-organised militia according to 10 U.S. Code § 246 - Militia: composition and classes

(2)the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia.

The point that was being made, and you tried to slide it from that point, is, they are an un-organised militia.

They have demonstrated the use of logistics, moving 'soldiers', 'medics' and 'materials' into areas of operation.

Then acting with those in unison to create havock.

In short, they are enemy-combatants.
