Key to remember: the IG report has NOT dropped. The report on McCabe was not a part of the original IG investigation which began in January of 17 (before 45 was sworn in). The McCabe report was begun by the FBI then passed to IG Horowitz.
The actual IG report is expected to drop in two weeks (first week of May) and will be voluminous and devastating.
100%. Not trying to say for sure what Q is saying, just clarifying the actual IG report will be far more intense than what was dropped on McCabe for those anons who think it wasn't impressive enough.

The IG report WILL have election matters included (it's the first expected report), as well as the Clinton email investigation, FISA abuse, and anything else Horowitz uncovered while looking into those three core areas…
We know he uncovered more about the palace coup, thanks to General Flynn's network of leak hunters. I expect there to be a lot about this element as well in the final IG report (which, for clarity, will be released in multiple stages/reports).
