I sent POTUS an email via whitehouse.gov with my theory on how to stop hurricanes. I believe it is relatively inexpensive and easy to do. I will not disclose the methodology anywhere. But I hope he reads what my theory was and ask scientists to check into it because it’s quite plausible and based on simple science.
