>You just can't be sending the feds into every uprising everywhere in America.
Why not? By definition, an uprising exists in a state of rebellion or insurrection. The Federal gov't is empowered by the Constitution to put down uprisings. Our very first President, saintly George Washington himself, did so.
>What is the threshold to send Feds. Deaths? Almost deaths?
A state of insurrection or rebellion resulting in the cessation of the rule of law and a Republican form of government over an area, town, region, territory, etc, as specifically mandated by the U.S. Constitution.
Article 4, Section 4:
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
C'mon, man. This isn't hard. This isn't rocket science. The measures are written into the Constitution. JUST. FUCKING. DO. IT.
If the Legislative or Executive officeholders of a state or territory themselves exist in a state of Rebellion or Insurrection, come in, forceably remove them, try them, execute them, and send in troops to fix put down the uprising.
It is Legal. It is Constitutional. It is moral. It is required. What else do you want?
