All the old people in nursing homes should've gotten the preventative dose in March. All the health care workers, preventative doses. In some states, more than half the cases, cases, not deaths, were either nursing home residents and health care workers. At the least give them tonic water to drink. We don't know exactly how well tonic water is going to work, but HCQ is quite similar to quinine.
