though we have free speech, anon, words that are threats, actual threats to harm others, are not allowed to be badgered or un countered.
people are not free to intimidate and threaten others.
so we have free speech. But what we say can still be something criminal.
Free Speech says: I say what I want and I know the rules about not making threats.

those who are against free speach aren't trying to stop threats. What they are doing is trying to stop other people from having input to what they call 'process' and they make up this catagory of 'stake holder' which is usually some non-profit or non-gonvernmental organization.
they want only those voices in the public channels so that only they and their input is used to decide policy by those who try to be unbiased.
they want to control the channels used by decision makers so that only they and them are the ones who can input into the process of deciding funding or where budget dollars should go.
