That chan. 14 screen, with the inset provided in screen cap by anon, appears to be a giant stuffed monkey with a crocheted hat, and there appears to be a females head turned away from the monkey, dressed in white. The inset surely looks like a woman's head, the inset showing her nose and eye.
I don't know how to do that, but her upper right side of her face, from her mouth up, with her blond hair in a wave, is in front of what would be the "monkey's" mouth line. On the right of the "monkey", just on the edge of the screen shot. It's in a similar position as this cap, but with more of the nose profile prominent.
