a friend of mine built a grounding box for healing
there is an 8 foot grounding rod in a hole and it is filled with magnetite
you stand barefoot on the magnetite and swing a copper chain counterclockwise and build energy and then hit the ground 3 times, discharging the energy
this is the first time I have heard of anyone else using magnetite connected to bedrock, similar to the grounding rod
Yes, the person with grounding box sold me a Rife machine and also helped a local church building a grounding box on their grounds
Needed the Rife for health reasons - was very skeptical of the grounding box, but soon became a believer. Can't find anything about it though online.
He did have a bunch of orgeonite looking stuff around his property too.

I've been trying to incorporate the date of the Qcrumb in my memes, back when we were 2 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks in, it didn't seem to be relevant what the date was because we remembered all the crumbs
But there are so many now, I think including the date is a good reference
