Right, it can be up to .10 cents for some pages. I have a Pacer account. But there isn't a way to see anything that is "sealed" and they won't be on the Pacer site if they are not "filed" with a court. If you tell me how to search for a sealed indictment on Pacer I'll give it a try though.

We did not count as sealed cases those with every document sealed and only highly redacted

docket sheets available on PACER, because a method different from the one we used would be

necessary to find all such cases. A very small number of districts make available on PACER highly redacted docket sheets for sealed cases; we followed our usual procedures and regarded

such cases as not sealed.
