Looks like a glock 9mm, probably hooked on his fingers…he had just drawn the gun and was very close to shooting Kyle The Patriot in the head but Kyle The Patriot neutralized him.
Kyle The Patriot showed great restraint, I would have shot the thug once more to make sure he was neutralized….
