The only part I caught tonight was The Speech, fireworks and then the gorgeous singing done by Macchio. Tuned in for the call-in portion of cspan.

I wish my stepdad would have lived a little longer to see Trump elected. I just know he would have been a kick ass anon too. Hope I'm doing him proud.
He had his moments. He wasn't perfect, drank a lot, acted crazy sometimes (like legit crazy not fun crazy), left us for a week to go to MN, came back… but he loved my mom, took care of her, did what he had to do. I had to forgive him, so I could heal. Eventually died of liver failure.
I'm sorry about your Arpad and what he did to you. I pray you find healing and peace soon.
