When potus said "We'll produce a vaccine before the end of the year or maybe even sooner." When he said maybe even sooner (and I know he knows things that we don't know. But could he mean a vaccine WILL in fact be ready pretty soon?) That's a HUGE promise to make imo.
What if it's a patriot vaccine though? As in not endorsed by Gates etc?

Unless the vaccine is leading to some medical breakthrough that we don't know about yet. In other words yes we'll have a vaccine but at the same time some new drug will be announced to cure something. Could you imagine if potus announced a cure for diseases? (other than HCQ) I doubt it would but you never know.
