Yes. Calm before the Storm. In times of a hurricane which could continue for a time until the need to foster a "vaccine" to the people. Both planned and the DS knows it.

There will be a vaccine announced in mid-October by POTUS … the National Guard will be in place with Marine Corp Battalions across major US cities to help distribute … justice.

The FDA "Deep State" already knows Trump's anti-DS "vaccine" is coming in mid-October …

The current attack on Q is to stop more people from verifying the above when it happens in mid-October … they will try to say the vaccine is illegitimate and try to scare the masses that Trump has gone full tyrant with this measure - then claim that he is trying to forcefully vaccinate people without the FDA's approval.
