It could not be demolished in an ordinary manner (after effects of whatever advanced/exotic weaponry was used to dustify the Towers in 10 seconds flat was suspected as the reason/cause.

Would that location have been somewhat perfect for the massive flow of financial transactions which were made in the short time between the first explosion (tagged as an aircraft accident/ impact) and the dustification event?
