But how many state residents tuition is subsidized? How many grants/ scholorships...FEDERAL PROGRAMS contribute to the admissions money of 1 billion yearly?

Better yet, what if the scumbags running the school are overbilling the federal government an additional billion for research and other projects?

We cannot get an accurate total of people who died from the Flu and Pnumonia from 2019.
