Grosskreutz has no legal and or civil ground to stand on against Rittenhouse.
Felon with a firearm without legal
reinstatement of A2 rights automatically due to the circumstances makes null and void any means of civil restitution against Rittenhouse. Had Grosskreutz not had the weapon he MIGHT not have gotten shot depending on his actions.
These Soros backed idiots have become so used to not having any body stand up to them while being bailed out of every arrest, they think they are now invincible enough to attack and or approach an armed individual with criminal intent and not suffer any consequences.

Open carry would apply to hand guns. Rational being you can't conceal a long arm via any practical means.
To say it includes long arms (rifles), this would mean any 17 yr old out deer hunting would be breaking the law by the fact of having his rifle slug over his shoulder etc.
