I think you are correct. I have noticed for some time, to my surprise that Germans seem to have fewer freedoms than Americans. Though ours have surely been eroded of late.

I recall reading something about this and this post seems correct to me. However, I would like to point out that paid "influencers" are ultimately useless. When truth has been denied to people it becomes very, very dear to them, I think. At least that has been my experience.
McChrystal and company may have 3.4 million helpful accounts or whatever, but that is worthless in light of millions of people armed with the "ordinary" truth.
My case in point is the "anti-vaxxer" movement (really encompasses health freedom, imo). Once you "get it" about the vaccines, you don't go back. Plus, exposure to the truth immediately counteracts the paid propaganda. Pro-vaccine lies do not spread organically. Organic is multiplicative not arithmetic (not sure I am saying this correctly). I would have to hunt for it but Del Bigtree of The HighWire exposed the WHO's meetings on vaccine safety showing that at least one WHO official publicly lied about vaccine safety monitoring. Another official said "anti-vaccine" information is spreading (if memory serves) 500% faster than pro-vaccine information. A mother with a vaccine injured or vaccine killed (this is what SIDS is) child will not shut up until the entire corrupt system is gone. It is understood that the continued existence of vaccine pogroms is the destruction of humanity. A vaccine is a fang of satan plunged into the body of your precious child.

The Bible condemns being a "busy body". Women are especially addressed regarding paying attention, not to the affairs of their own households, but to things that are patently not their business. I now know why this was such an issue. Even "well meaning" people can get involved in the most reprehensible of activities when they decide they know better than somebody else how to guide matters in their own homes. Absent evidence of an overt crime, parents should be able to parent without state invasion of privacy or attempts to coerce compliance with social engineering directives. In those very unfortunate situations where a parent may be guilty of a crime that person should be arrested under a warrant and removed from the home. How is it legal or constitutional for the state to kidnap children because of the apparent crimes or difficulties of a parent? Only those accused of a crime and arrested under a warrant should be removed from a home. Innocent children are not state possessions, despite what some may want to think.
Something is up with 5G. However, just like with everything else, I dispute the helplessness that leads people to say "There's nothing you can do." All things are possible with God.
5G seems to exacerbate or even cause the illnesses attributed to coronavirus. Why do we let ourselves be sitting ducks for this? Children's Health Defense has decided to address this and has some resources on their website about it.
I don't agree that I need to expect deployment of this technology or that there is nothing I can do to protect myself. Some people even use paint embedded with protective particles in their homes. By God's grace we will have the resources to protect ourselves and our children.
