All that shows is that the two accounts are connected - it doesn't verify that Bill Binney is running them.

Logical Conclusion: the two accounts are connected/run by the same person(s) whose identity has NOT been verified..

FWIW, I posted the link between the two accounts last night, a few minutes after the first account acknowledged the connection.
