Who goes to a public forum and demands personal attention and servitude from the other patrons? I avoid people who do that, because they'll be tyrannizing my life in no time. That is a classic symptom of alcohol addiction.
You're very correct. You may find out the real reason why drugs are so rampant in your area, but only after you've identified yourself as a troublemaker. Not a good outcome.
