@ 4 secs the victim is yelling at the red car, there are two cars blocking the road. victim/cop? is yelling "MOVE, MOVE MAN, MOVE' his voice is horse.
then another person yells, "WE GOT OURSELVES A MURDERER, WE GOT OURSELVES A MURDERER."is this person id'ing the victim as LEO?
shooter say "here?"
Victim/cop? says "CLOSE ENOUGH" = id'ing himself as LEO, walking towards the shooter
shooter say "right here?" and shoots him twice in the chest.
when the shooting starts it is fast. the hooverboard guy loses his board after the 2nd shot. He must have headphone on because he casually drives close to the guys having words. Once the shooter runs away the car who pulls up to work on the guy runs over his board. You hear him say, "Yo what the fuck" as he gets his board. he then blocks hos face from where the victim/cop? is lying not realizing the video we see is recording all this.
the yellow line = murder victim
red line = shooter
blue line = huverboard guy
also some asshole must have stuck a camera in the victims face because the people who pulled up to work on him knock him off his feet and say something about sticking a camera in his face.
