This was the dude (founder) whose name popped up linked to the phone number that Q dropped I think it was suicide hotline or missing children not clear on that part but I remember on a search when it dropped that his name was attached to the phone number and also to the Clinton Foundation and helping them organize it early on then he went on to do the SKOLL shite which is billions on dollars in nefarious activity worldwide
