Persons in charge not fulfilling civic obligations to protect citizens, judiciary immediately releasing any persons arrested for endangering public safety and lack of embedded political establishment (anti-Trump) action will lead to justification for decisive action by the military in the court of public opinion.

I think the trigger event will be the outing of a corrupt SCOTUS justice.

It could also be the revelation of the actual 911 conspirators. I'm putting a lot of weight on NYPD insider, though. Last post was NYPD insider saying SHTF on 911 2020. That would be last Trump 911 anniversary if he is not re-elected or if a coup or insurgency disrupts the election and a change in government occurs.
