The slo-mo video provides clear evidence that the victim sprayed something (pepper spray? Mace?) at the murderer after the perp drew his weapon and before he shot it.

The audio reveals that this may be a false-flag, where the perp identified himself to the victim and then the shooting was staged.

Someone yells, "We've got ourselves a murderer..."

The shooter asks, "Where?"

The victim says, "Right here."

Then the shooter draws, aims; the victim sprays something; the shooter fires twice.

Seems rather staged to me. Definitely requires refraining from rush to judgment. Smells like a false-flag.
