Have to agree with this. I was wondering before how in the hell they could possibly root out the worst of them at the state and local level; wipe out their little seeds that would try to sprout later.
I think thats what we are seeing. Theyre all exposed right now. We already knew who the major players are. This is like Pokémon- gotta catch em all
