I'm guessing one of the major backbone providers is having issues.

Yes. It keeps briefly coming back, so I think they're working on it.
I get loads of"fake"emails which are supposed to be from the Trump Campaign, when in fact they are not.
They are scammers trying to steal money by posing as a campaign fund for the president. Something really needs to be done about this, as I get about 10 to 15 of these messages a day in my email.
