That is because the "left" doesn't care about gay people (or anyone for that matter). People who subscribe to leftist ideology make themselves into unwitting tools for the real power players behind the scenes. Folks who would throw down anyone no longer useful or convenient for them.

I believe the practice of a "gay"/homosexual lifestyle harms people. That said, as long as the behavior is between consenting adults and not lauded in my faith community, I am pretty much a "mind your own business" type person. I would gladly see people leave that lifestyle and have healthy families, but I am not out to control other people. The "LGBTQ… movement" is not about helping people living in what used to be called "sin", but about making them into a voting block, dependent upon Democrat "masters".

The most dangerous, but maybe loving thing to do is to bear witness to the truth of the Gospel by living your faith. That means not lauding or excusing behavior that harms people. It certainly does not mean creating a second class group of people who just like African Americans have been thought of us a voting block to manipulate, by leftists, who don't care how many die.

I disagree with you. I think Kyle refreshed the spirits of a lot of people. It makes it clear there are still those bold patriots we need. Most older adults know better than to go out and do something like that. We have families, necessary "jobs", etc. so I don't think Kyle is about to start a civil war. However, I think he is and will be remembered as a hero. His presence of mind seemed pretty incredible to me. Let's hope this country has and will continue to produce young men like him. But lets not throw them away on foreign wars anymore.

It might be a little early to be thinking of life post-cabal, but that is where my thoughts seem to be this morning. For a good many years, I have seen that a lot of products I use or things I do are not by my choice but because I "have" to use or do them. Laws, rules etc "requiring" vaccines, health insurance etc. Or else I use a "free" service like Facebook only to discover that I am the product (my data is harvested and sold so I can be manipulated). (Btw, I have deliberately learned and been granted grace to avoid all three of the things I just mentioned. So..no vaccines, no health insurance and no Facebook at this time.)

I am thinking about what a "good" or "normal" economy might look like . For one thing most adults, I suspect, will not need to be anyone's employees. A lot of folks may want to have small farms, homesteads, etc. Others may have the old fashioned "mom and pop" stores and restaurants. If we can master technology that doesn't make us subject to rampant spying and manipulation maybe a lot of people could continue to work from home on their own endeavors instead of for "Big Tech", etc.

This transition will make the actual preferences, interests and needs of people important to understand if you want to make a living by providing products or services. It seems to me that recently, marketing was focussed on creating demand or manipulating demand rather than researching what people really want.

Mining a ton of data from people isn't enough to know who they are. If you want to know what I want, ask me.
