Violence in the middle of a busy street, shooter runs away, not caught, nobody chases.
Victim/scene is instantly lit up by headlights from suspicious black sedan and bystanders/additional vehicles surround scene.
Large group of cops come moments later to secure the scene and tend to victim.
No cops have flashlights on aimed at the ground to look for evidence.
No blood.
Did anyone bother to look for, or pick up the shells?
