We all pay moneys for protection. And technically, that protection failed to prevent the "hazardous and lawless situation[s]", which ultimately resulted in loss of precious life. So…

But.
If you're a Christian, you may wanna revisit some of the things that Jesus stood for, including what he was accused of, which ultimately led to his death sentence.
If you were given moar info, you might not accept the ten commandments the same way you do now. For instance, if Moses was not a real person, but rather symbolic of something much greater, and the events described in Exodus did happen, just far off from whatever they led you to believe, one might be conflicted about who told who what and why. Ask yourself, is worship of planets acceptable by your beliefs? Why is that relevant?
