Okay, I think she's talking about Biden, not POTUS. But I hadn't heard that Biden was going to Kenosha. OAN reporting now that POTUS is still scheduled to be in Kenosha on Tuesday.
People worried it will backfire, but don't believe it. POTUS will show what's really going on there.

If there is no police, no one will be arrested, therefore DAs won't have any charges to bring meaning there will be no need for courts and therefor no justice.
No peace means they will riot, loot, and destroy forever.
