Considering that these interfaces transmit the neural data via Bluetooth, so wireless, to the smartphone. Anybody within proximity is able to intercept or inject data. Thus a solution to this problem requires the global simultaneous surveillance of every wireless connection.
A task of that size is only feasible if a super AI monitors us on the 5G/6G network.
The populus will beg the authorities for the AI.
