Looks like they flew right past each other. And by right past I mean 20 to 30 miles apart. The civilian is flying much faster BTW. 525 knots ground speed versus the military at 392. Still scratching my head about ADS-B showing a civilian plane as military. Clay Lacy Aviation seems like they might be a company who does charter. So maybe the US Military chartered this flight? And that's why it shows up as such? Anon supposes this is plausible. Do remember seeing this sort thing at least once before.

Juan is clearly a patriot to this anon's way of thinking due to comms in one of his videos around the time of the impending impeachment proceedings. He made a statement that was so much in error that it had to be comms and he was subtly indicating his support for POTUS. Anon thinks he did it this way so as not to disturb his viewer base and income. This because he had lost his FAA medical certificate due to prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment. Good news though! He just recently got his his medical reinstated and is back in the pilots seat!
