Nobody wants FEMA to come in and take over. They want FEMA to do their job. FEMA is taxpayer funded. If their job is to assist, THEN THEY NEED TO ASSIST. It's not the governors job to deny/not deny people at the point of impact. That is FEMA's decision, not the governors.
