The essences of Stealth Technology:

The frequencies of radar sets today range from about 5 megahertz to about 130 gigahertz (130,000,000,000 oscillations per second!). However, certain frequencies are also preferred for certain radar applications.

Stealth basically can be performed in a few ways:

  1. Block the incoming EM wave by 180 degree out of phase negating wave

  2. Absorb the wave without reflection by the object

a. Nanotech surfaces can be made to do this at different frequencies

b. If absorb the select Radar frequencies the object will not appear on radar

c. If absorb the visible light spectrum the object will not be visible to the eye.

d. So basically, it is fairly easy to make a 'invisibility cloak (ala Harry Potter) just cover the surface of the cloak with a nano-particle covering that completely absorbs and does not reflect any visible light and any object under that 'cloak' will be invisible if the image of the background is inserted on the nanosurface. That is the the thing that makes the eye see the background not a black void and would take computer interface to collect the background image to place on the opposite surface of the cloaked item.

  1. Block the reflected EM wave before leaves the object area.

a. 180 degrees out of phase with the object’s reflection characteristics.
