Anonymous ID: fc2f37 Unprecedented legislation change in Western Australia has dangerous implications right now Aug. 31, 2020, 6:14 a.m. No.10482289   🗄️.is 🔗kun

The WA govt. passed a midnight law quickly and silently that is frightening to think what the long term consequences may be in the current covid situation and premiers and leaders controlled by the left taking crazy measures for power grabs. The law essentially takes away any ability to contest this, but also takes away rights of individuals with no accountability or liability on the govt. behalf

Stinks of a dark grab for an avenue to abuse the crap out of this new power for sinister measures.

Should also draw light to the fact that Andrew Forrest (Minderoo) is WA based and heavily in bed with China and has deep input to the WA govt. and China with mining, and no doubt is attempting to stop Palmer fight rightly for rule of law, but also to gain this power grab for other purposes.

"WA Attorney General John Quigley introduced emergency legislation in Parliament on Tuesday afternoon and said Mr Palmer and his companies were seeking compensation over a dispute dating back to 2012.

The dispute relates to former WA Premier Colin Barnett's 2012 refusal to formally assess the proposed Balmoral South iron ore mine 80 kilometres south west of Karratha in WA's Pilbara region, which Mr Palmer claims breached a state agreement inked in 2002."
