The toxicology report reveals that Mr. Floyd was high on deadly narcotics at the time of death, with a fentanyl concentration of 11 ng/mL (four times a lethal dose), norfentanyl 5.6 ng/mL, methamphetamine 19 ng/mL, morphine 86 ng/mL, and marijuana metabolites. His blood also contained 4-ANPP, an impurity found in fentanyl preparations. From this, one might conclude that George Floyd killed himself!
