Flynn and October Surprise

With the DC circuit court denying the writ of mandamus, this not only virtually guarantees extending the case beyond November, it sets the stage for an October surprise.

I didn’t expect the full panel to grant the petition, but I did expect it to offer guidance to Sullivan. He is now free to hold a hearing in late September and order the govt to answer the amici’s questions/investigation as he always intended. This sets the stage for an “explosive” report of trump justice department “hiding” Flynn’s crimes OR an equally “explosive” report of all of the questions the govt won’t answer.

If trump loses, he will pardon Flynn. If he wins, this could still be drug out for many months.
