Not long ago, I was talking to a guy in his late 20s. The topic of coronavirus vaccines came up and he mentioned that he had no qualms about taking a vaccine. "I'll be first in line for it," he said.

I asked him, "Aren't you worried about the chip?" He didn't know what I meant so I told him the covid-hoax vaccines will contain a microchip.

"Whoa," he said. "Getting a little conspiracy-minded there, aren't you, Mike?"

Earlier today, I was talking to a girl in her early 20s. I mentioned to her that I might have to move soon. She asked why and I told her that Virginia and Massachusetts have both declared that they will make vaccines mandatory in the fall. "California is likely to do the same," I said.

"So we need to make plans." She looked at me funny and said, "You can't live your life being paranoid."

Walking home I passed a popular chain coffee shop. A sign in the window said: BLACK LIVES MATTER, R.I.P. GEORGE FLOYD.

The shop's customers didn't care, they were streaming in and out with their daily fix of caffeine.

Later, a city bus passed me. On the side of the bus, it said: WE STAND IN BELIEF WITH BLACK LIVES MATTER.

The day before, I read a news article detailing how Black Lives Matter is now working with the teacher's union in my city on the school curriculum. My city was hit hard by riots, looting, and businesses being burnt to the ground, yet many businesses and the city itself stand with the rioters. I feel like I'm the only person here who does not support Black Lives Matter.

Am I being paranoid?

I return home to a pair of angry emails. The first is from an acquaintance with a business proposition. The industry he is interested in is one that will be completely shut down if the country experiences another lockdown.

A second lockdown is something Joe Biden has said he will do if he is elected and it might also happen if Trump wins. In a previous email, I advised my acquaintance to proceed with caution for those reasons. He responds by berating me in forceful language. He thinks everything is back to normal.

The second email is from a lifelong friend. He is a union member and has voted Democrat his entire life. I send him info on things like 9/11, Sandy Hook, etc. He doesn't believe any of it. In fact, I suspect he trashes my emails without even reading them.

Sheldon Adelson Said to Be Favored to Buy U.S. Ambassador’s Home in Israel

Prospective buyers told $70 million property was no longer on the market

Sheldon Adelson is apparently the leading contender to buy the U.S. ambassador’s home in Herzliya.

A few months ago, the U.S. State Department held a quiet auction to sell the house, valued at around $70 million, located on Galei Techelet Street. The house is in the row nearest the beach. The neighboring homes belong to billionaire Teddy Sagi and businesswoman Irit Strauss.

Several people have expressed interest in buying the residence, but they were told about a month ago that the property was no longer on the market and was likely to be sold to a non-Israeli. The buyer is widely thought to be Adelson, a Jewish American billionaire.

Adelson owns the Las Vegas Sands Corporation, which operates casinos, hotels and a cruise business. He also owns the local paper Israel Hayom and an apartment in Tel Aviv’s Bavli neighborhood.

The decision to sell the ambassador’s residence, which is considered one of the most expensive private homes in the country, is an outgrowth of the U.S. Embassy’s relocation from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem in 2018. The ambassador followed the embassy to the capital, making the Herzliya house superfluous.

The U.S. Embassy confirmed that the house is in the process of being sold, but said the deal hasn’t yet been finalized.

Two weeks ago, TheMarker asked Adelson’s staff whether he was the buyer, but they declined to respond. On Monday, the business daily Globes published an article about the negotiations.

The Adelson family’s spokesman declined to comment for this report.

CVS Told Staff Not To Reveal That COVID-Positive Employee Filled Their Prescriptions: Leaked Email

An internal email leaked from CVS Health reveals that the company instructed pharmacy employees not to tell patients that someone who tested positive for COVID-19 had filled their prescriptions, according to Business Insider.

A Georgia CVS technician shared the internal email with Business Insider that asked employees to track down which prescriptions were filled by a COVID-positive employee and to pull them from the shelves. However, the email also emphasized that if a patient had already picked up one of those prescriptions, the standard policy is to "NOT make an outreach call." -Business Insider

A spokesman for CVS, Michael DeAngelis, told Business Insider "We are looking into your specific question. Generally speaking, our priority during this pandemic is the safety of our employees, patients, and customers."

According to a technician, staff were threatened with disciplinary action or termination if they revealed that someone at the store had tested positive for the virus.

"We were told not to contact anyone or let anyone know," the technician told BI.

Meanwhile, at least 14 employees across the United States anonymously told the outlet that CVS has been "bullying" staff while disregarding their safety during the pandemic. Business Insider has confirmed their identities.

Staff have said that CVS has ignored incidents of potential coronavirus exposure and forced employees to work while sick. DeAngelis confirmed to Business Insider last week that it is CVS's policy to allow employees to work after exposure or testing positive while asymptomatic.

DeAngelis said CVS allows asymptomatic employees to work if they wear surgical masks, self-monitor for symptoms, and if their temperature is taken before and after every shift for 14 days after exposure. -Business Insider

DeAngeles added that employees are allowed to request time off even if they are asymptomatic (no word on whether that request is granted) - though the Georgia technician's coworker both showed symptoms and tested positive, yet was allowed to work in close proximity to others "because they couldn't have anyone else out of work," the tech said.

Mexican Drug Cartels’ Newest Weapon: Weaponized Drones

The newest development in the drug war destroying countries across South and Central America are drones equipped with deadly force such as bombs and nails. The cartels are using the makeshift weapons to take out their enemies at an increasing rate, according to the New York Post.

These weapons have become popular with the Jalisco New Generation Cartel — the group responsible for around one-third of drugs in America, according to a Forbes report.

“This cartel is well on its way to institutionalizing the use of weaponized drones,” Director of research and analysis at C/O Futures, a California-based consulting firm Robert Bunker told Forbes. “None of the other cartels appear to presently even be experimenting with the weaponization of these devices.”

Bunker said drones have been used across Mexico since 2017. According to Mexican paper El Universal, farmers recently found crashed drones with C4 bombs and ball bearings attached to them.

The New York Post also reports about a Mexican government official’s home being targeted by weaponized drones, though no one was home at the time.

Peter Schiff On The Fed's Moving Inflation Goalposts: "No One Seems To Understand This Is All BS!"

The Fed has moved the inflation goalposts.

The central bank will no longer focus on keeping a lid on inflation. In his podcast, Peter Schiff said this policy will simply speed up the destruction of the dollar and the economy.

Jerome Powell announced the new policy during his speech in Jackson Hole last Thursday. In the past, the central bank has targeted a 2% inflation rate as measured by CPI. Now it will shift to “average inflation targeting.” In effect, the Fed will allow the CPI to run “moderately” over 2% “for some time” to balance out periods where it runs under that level.

“Many find it counterintuitive that the Fed would want to push up inflation. However, inflation that is persistently too low can pose serious risks to the economy,” Powell said during prepared remarks at the summit.

Of course, when you define inflation correctly – as an expansion of the money supply – it is anything but “too low.” In fact, it is at the highest level in history. But based on the CPI number, inflation has been well below 2% for many years. That means that the Fed will likely hold interest rates at zero for a significant amount of time – probably years – even if CPI runs above 2%. As Peter put it – the Fed has effectively raised its inflation target, but we don’t actually know what that target is.

It’s kind of a moving target. So, if we’ve had all these years of below 2% inflation – and again, I’m using the word inflation the way the Fed uses it, not what it actually means, so I’m not referring to the expansion of the money supply but the increase in consumer prices that results from that expansion, that inflation. But given that the official CPI has been below 2% for all of these years, the only way to bring the average up to 2% is for the Fed to now target an inflation rate above 2%. So, that’s really what the Fed has done. It’s not that they just said we want inflation to average 2%. What they’re saying is they want future inflation to be higher than 2% so that we can average out all of this low inflation that we’ve had in the past.”

New Ukrainian Special Forces Commander Attempted To Defect To Donetsk’s Side

On August 25th, the Ukrainian Special Forces Commander was replaced by Grigory Galagan.

Galagan is known for his attempt, in 2014, to defect to the side of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR).

This was announced reported by the Telegram-channel WarGonzo, citing sources in the intelligence services of the DPR.

It is noted that Galagan himself proposed his candidacy to an influential DPR militia commander, whom he approached through his contacts in the Crimean “Alpha Group” (a branch of the Security Service of Ukraine), where he served till 2014.

There he served as a sniper until the referendum on the reunification of the peninsula with Russia, after which he left for Kiev.

The details of the transition of the new head of the elite Ukrainian special forces to the side of the DPR were supposed to be discussed at a personal meeting, which was to take place in Istanbul.

“The negotiations broke down because of the sum requested by Galagan, which he demanded as a reward. It was unreasonable,” the cited source claimed.

After the breakdown of negotiations, Galagan, who was considered one of the best snipers in the CIS in the professional community, began to hunt for high-ranking Crimean volunteers who fought in Eastern Ukraine, the reported continued.

Ukrainian Volodymyr Zelensky made Galagan commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on August 25th. Prior to appointing Galagan, Zelensky dismissed Igor Lunev from this position.

Major General Lunev was appointed Commander of the Special Operations Forces (MTR) in January 2016.

The Ukrainian leader explained this appointment by a change in the tasks of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) in the context of the ceasefire in Eastern Ukraine.

Russian FSB Detains Six Individuals Suspected Of Raising Funds To Bankroll ISIS

The Russian security service – FSB detained six suspects who allegedly were collecting money for ISIS militants, it was reported on August 31st.

The special operation took place in Moscow, the Moscow region, Dagestan, the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug.

“Means of communication” and payment instruments were seized from the detainees. According to the investigation, they are associated with a criminal group whose members have already been convicted of financing militants in Syria.

The UK believes that the cell was in operation from 2016 to June 2017. During this time, its members have collected at least half a million rubles, including from persons involved in criminal cases on terrorism.

A case was initiated under the article “Assistance in terrorist activities”. It is not specified exactly when the arrests took place, but judging by the fact that the alleged criminals are not yet in the pre-trial detention center.

As FSB director Alexander Bortnikov reported in mid-June, nearly 160 terrorist attacks have been prevented in Russia over the past ten years, 43 in 2019, and more than 20 in 2020 alone.

The FSB issues regular reports of its activities in detaining suspects who are either bankrolling or planning terrorist attacks affiliated with ISIS.

Earlier, on August 24th, the FSB detained in Tatarstan a member of the Islamic State organization, who was involved in its financing, as well as recruiting and transporting Russians and CIS citizens to Syria. As noted by the Nation News portal, the detainee was recruiting by order of the emissaries of an international terrorist organization.

Cohen has rightly called “the worst and (considering the lack of actual evidence) most fraudulent political scandal in American history,” now has all the potential to bring the roof down on some very prominent Democrats. The motive for such underhanded tactics was simply to destroy the political credentials of Donald Trump. The very same thing could be said about the Democrats just one month later filing articles of impeachment against the US leader. Trump was accused by the left of “abuse of power” for purportedly attempting to dig up dirt on his political opponent, Joe Biden, in return for US military aid.

Unbeknown to the average consumer of mainstream media news, however, in both the Russiagate and impeachment affairs the Democrats were struggling to untangle themselves from their own sticky web of crime and deceit. The left began to pursue ‘Russian collusion’ charges against Trump only after incriminating email messages from the Democratic National Committee were leaked to the public that showed, among other things, that Hillary Clinton had used her home computer to relay sensitive government documents.

In the case with impeachment, meanwhile, Trump had reached out to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky for information regarding reports that Joe Biden had blackmailed Kiev with one billion dollars in financial aid in return for dropping an investigation into his son.

St. Louis Cop Killer Identified: 43-Year-Old Florida Convict Thomas Kinworthy

St. Louis Police Officer Tamarris L. Bohannon passed away on Sunday after he was shot on Saturday during a police call in South St. Louis.

Bohannon was shot in the head. Another officer was shot in the leg and later discharged from the hospital.

The shooter a 43-year-old man from Florida with a long criminal history was later arrested after a standoff with police.

Kinworthy was on the run from police for a robbery in Missouri.

The St. Louis Post Dispatch reported Linworthy has a lengthy criminal record.

Thomas James Kinworthy Jr. was being held Monday in the St. Louis city jail. He was arrested on suspicion of killing St. Louis police officer Tamarris Bohannon, but Kinworthy hadn’t been charged as of Monday afternoon.

Days ago, in east-central Florida, a bench warrant was issued in Brevard County when Kinworthy skipped a court date in the sexual battery and kidnapping case. Police say last year a masked Kinworthy bound a man and assaulted him. He also faces charges of being a felon with weapons. Earlier this year, police searching his car found the mask and also seven or eight guns and thousands of rounds of ammunition, authorities said.

“It is unfortunate someone as violent as him was able to get out of the court system and travel to St. Louis and take someone’s life,” Brevard County sheriff’s spokesman Tod Goodyear said. “Our hearts go out to the families of the officers, particularly the officer who was killed.”

Economic Benefit From Pesticide-Free Crop Protection Far Surpasses GMOs in Asia-Pacific

Scientists have estimated for the first time how nature-based solutions for agricultural pest control deliver US$ 14.6 to US$ 19.5 billion annually across 23 countries in the Asia-Pacific region.

The new research, published in the journal Nature Ecology & Evolution, suggests that non-chemical crop protection (or biological control) delivers economic dividends that far surpass those attained through improved “Green Revolution” rice germplasm (estimated at US$ 4.3 billion a year).

The study, led by Dr Kris Wyckhuys and including contributions from CABI’s Dr Matthew Cock and Dr Frances Williams on the data collection, unveils the magnitude and macro-economic relevance of biodiversity-based contributions to productivity growth in non-rice crops over a 100-year period between 1918 and 2018.

Scientifically-guided biological control of 43 exotic invertebrate pests allowed for between 73% to 100% yield loss recovery in critical food, feed and fibre crops including banana, breadfruit, cassava and coconut.

Dr Wyckhuys said, “The Green Revolution is credited with alleviating famine, mitigating poverty and driving aggregate economic growth since the 1960s – enabled through a tripling of rice output. Cornerstone of the Green Revolution were the ‘packaged’ seed x agro-chemical technologies and biological innovations such as high-yielding, disease-resistant cereal varieties.

“Our research is the first to gauge the financial benefit of using biological control to fight crop pests in the Asia-Pacific region and demonstrates how these ecologically-based approaches promoted rural growth and prosperity in marginal, poorly-endowed, non-rice environments.

“By thus placing agro-ecological innovations on equal footing with input-intensive measures, our work provides lessons for future efforts to mitigate invasive species, restore ecological resilience and sustainably raise output of global agri-food systems.”

The scientists, who show how 75 different biological control agents mitigated 43 pests over a 100-year range, outline how biodiversity-driven ecosystem services underpin food systems and societal wellbeing in the face of environmental change.

Co-author Dr Michael Furlong added, “Biological control delivered durable pest control in myriad Asia-Pacific agriculture sectors, permitting yield-loss recoveries up to 73%, 81% and 100% in cassava, banana and coconut crops respectively.

“The ensuing economic dividends are substantial, as pest-induced losses up to US $6.8, $4.3 and $8.2 billion annually for the above crops were offset (at respective values of $5.4-6.8 billion, $1.4-2.2 billion and $3.8-5.5 billion/year, for a conservative to high impact scenario range). As many of the underlying programs were run on a shoestring, the rate of return on biological control science is extraordinary.

“Our work constitutes an empirical demonstration of how insect biological control helped solidify the agrarian foundation of several Asia-Pacific economies and – in doing so – places biological control on an equal footing with other biological innovations such as Green Revolution germplasm.

“Not only does it spotlight its transformative impacts – especially in light of increasing global reliance on chemical pesticides – but it also celebrates the century-long achievements of dedicated, yet often, unacclaimed insect explorers and biological control pioneers.”

Podgorica – According to preliminary results, the victory in the parliamentary elections in Montenegro was won by the combined forces of the opposition, which bypasses the ruling Democratic Party of Socialists of the country’s president Milo Djukanovic and its traditional partners and financiers from New York and Brussels.

The State Election Commission of Montenegro (SEC), based on 98.55% of processed ballots, published the preliminary results of the vote. It is estimated that the new parliamentary majority in Montenegro will be made up of three opposition coalitions – “For the future of Montenegro”, “The world is our nationality” and “Black and white”, according to the Center for Monitoring and Research.

The coalition for the Future of Montenegro, which won 32.54% of the vote, will receive 27 seats in the new parliament.

The “Peace is Our Nationality” coalition has 12.55% of the vote and 10 mandates.

Another 4 deputy seats went to the Black and White coalition, which was supported by 5.57% of voters.

Thus, the opposition receives 41 mandates out of 81. The Democratic Party of Socialists of President Milo Djukanovic and its coalition “Resolutely for Montenegro” received 35.12% of the vote, RTS reports.

Djukanovic yet to cede, explosive scenario

Despite the opposition announced its victory, the current president of the country announced the need to wait for the final vote count , which could tip the scales in his favor. The opposition and the current government are divided by 1 deputy mandate. Nevertheless, Zdravko Krivokapich , who heads the coalition “For the Future of Montenegro”, yesterday, commenting on the defeat of Milo Djukanovic’s party, said that “freedom has come to Montenegro.”

“Billionaires Lives Matter”, Far More than Yours… The Capitalist Pandemic, Fake Democracy Goes Live?

As we stagger towards the ultimate expression of our fake democracy in November it’s important to acknowledge what won’t be changing a bit whichever of the two parties of capital come out ahead with a minority of the American electorate’s support. The richest people in the nation, an ever-smaller group as inequality, showing massive growth of poverty, disease and the profits of warfare, will not only maintain their historic control but also exercise more of it than ever in the past.

The capitalist pandemic and economic collapse will get worse before things get better and they won’t get better until we stop swallowing the republican-democratic party line about what high ideals this nation stands for in contradiction to the low reality of what it is. You know, all that stuff many are upset about, divided over and struggling to understand without needing more therapy, drugs, religion, guns, shopping, voting and other distractions.

Let’s get this straight: our country began in the 15th century and was officially founded by the original 1% in the 18th and has been controlled by that same percentage ever since. When the upper class was given land grants and whatever else the theft of a “new world” was labeled, it looked around at millions of acres and demanded that the mother country send help to do the work necessary to build a prosperous colonial outpost. Our nation of peasants and slaves started with a giant influx of cheap labor first coming from economic bondage in England and later in physical chains from Africa. The immigration policies that cause division in our modern society pitting those who profit from it against those who bear the loss for it has not changed a bit in economic essence. Cheap foreign labor is more profitable to capital than higher paid nationals and when some of those cheap foreigners eventually become national they tend to resent the newest shipment of foreigners who cheapen their wages and threaten their security.

That was true when the original English immigrants became greatly upset as Germans began flocking into America back in the 17th century. At one point in the 20th century people of English and German descent represented a majority of the American population. The national origins of present generations of immigrants may have changed but the economic system guaranteeing profit they create for investors at loss to native workers is exactly the same as it was back then. It’s capitalism, no matter how much cosmetic language is used by those who disguise it with flowery fiction about freedom, democracy and other euphemisms for injustice to humans and the natural environment, and crippling insults to intelligence. Calling a terminal cancer ward a health spa doesn’t mean everything is okay for the residents just because investors in a multi-billion dollar market brand – cancer – are doing quite well, thank you.

And no matter how American some immigrants eventually become, most can be and are replaced when the need arises for more profit and capital ships jobs to foreign lands with cheaper labor or opens doors here to newer, lower cost help, whether as farm workers, coal miners, janitors, gardeners or silicon valley programmers -cheaper than our own college grads – and the folks who clean their toilets in silicon valley’s country club workplaces.

27 men went to a house to sexually abuse children, but it was a trap.

CLEVELAND – Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael C. O’Malley announced that 27 individuals were arrested as part of “Operation Moving Target,” an undercover operation led by the Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force. The four-day operation ran from Monday, August 24 to Thursday, August 27, 2020. The purpose of the operation was to identify and arrest individuals interested in engaging in sexual activity with whom they believed to be minor children.

“As we have seen the number of Cybertips dramatically increase this year, it is clear that online predators remain a serious threat to our children,” said Prosecutor O’Malley. “Hopefully the success of yet another operation serves as a stern warning to offenders that you will be found, you will be arrested, and you will be prosecuted.”

The defendants, ages 21 to 61-years-old, engaged in sexually explicit online conversations with undercover officers posing as children. Contact was initiated through popular social media applications. The defendants expressed an interest in engaging in sexual activity with the purported children and/or disseminated images of their genitals during these online conversations.

Following the conversations, the individuals traveled to a pre-arranged location, which was a vacant house in Cuyahoga County, to engage in sexual activity with purported children. Upon arriving, they were arrested by law enforcement officers and transported to the Cuyahoga County Jail. Several defendants were in possession of firearms, condoms, personal lubricant, sex toys, and drugs.

Initial charges were filed against the defendants that include: Attempted Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor, Disseminating Matter Harmful to Juveniles, Importuning, and Possessing Criminal Tools. Each case will be presented to a Cuyahoga County grand jury.

Porn Star Ron Jeremy Hit With New Sexual Assault Charges Involving 13 More Women

LOS ANGELES — A criminal complaint was amended today against Ron Jeremy charging him with 20 additional sexual assault counts involving 13 women that date back to 2004.

The complaint against Ron Jeremy Hyatt includes: Six counts of sexual battery by restraint, five counts of forcible rape, three counts of forcible oral copulation, two count of forcible penetration by a foreign object and one count each of sodomy, assault with intent to commit rape, penetration by a foreign object on an unconscious or sleeping victim and lewd conduct with a 15-year-old girl.

Jeremy was charged in June with three counts each of forcible rape and forcible penetration by a foreign object and one count each of forcible oral copulation and sexual battery.

The new charges span a 16-year period and the victims ages range from 15 to 54. In June 2004, a 15-year-old girl attended a party in Santa Clarita where Jeremy allegedly sexually assaulted her.

The most recent incident occurred on Jan. 1, 2020, when Jeremy is accused of sexually assaulting a 21-year-old woman outside a business in Hollywood.

Additionally, six other alleged sexual assaults happened inside a West Hollywood bar Jeremy frequented and another in the bar’s parking lot.

If convicted as charged, Jeremy faces a possible maximum sentence of more than 250 years to life in state prison.
