Anons, remember that $400 million in cash that was supposedly paid to Iran as a "ransom" for American hostages?

Around 2015-2016, ISIS demanded a ransom of $6.2 million for the release of their daughter, Kayla Mueller. Her parents were told that the United States was forbidden from paying ransoms for the lives of its citizens. In August of 2016, He was caught sending $400 million in Euros to Iran. His excuse? Ransom for four American hostages.

Also, the excuse that Obama gave for the money was ludicrous–he said that we owed it to them because of a ruling made against us by the Hague. This, despite rulings that Iran owed US victims of terrorism money before they could receive any sort of reparation on our part.

The system is corrupt, through and through.

We all know Syria reeks of bullshit. From USAID and the CIA providing ISIS with hundreds of millions in aid to us being roped-in to the spider-web, there are details missing from the whole picture. I expect Q will fill us in when the time is right, but for now we're left to our own digging.

If we could find some sort of image of this Caesar character, it might go a long way toward figuring out if or how we've been manipulated. For all we know it could be Mouaz Moustafa in a blue hoodie.
