Q mentioned steel a lot about a month ago. Lately there's some shady steel stuff going on in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
Via the St. Lawrence Seaway, Canada can import or export to Europe very easily and other countries are using Canada as a way to move unstamped steel, have it stamped "Made in USA", and then shipped to avoid duties and tariffs.
Hamilton produces 60% of ALL steel in Canada, and is on direct shipping lanes to the rest of the world.
Real fast way to make a lot of dirty, shady, money; buy cheap steel from third world, have it stamped and shipped through Canada, sell it as "Made in USA", short the stocks of construction/automotive companies that use it.

The word "workarounds" is being used a lot. It's like they are literally telling you they will work around the laws in place to make money.
