Man charged with allegedly 'stalking' and 'threatening' to 'inflict injury' to wife of Rep. Devin Nunes
The suspect reportedly sent 'lewd' messages aimed at Mrs. Nunes and the couple's children.
A California man has been charged for allegedly "stalking" and "threatening" the wife of GOP Rep. Devin Nunes (Calif.), according to an exclusive report by The Daily Wire.
According to The Daily Wire's report, a misdemeanor criminal complaint was filed against William Joseph Burden, 58, (who is also known as William Joseph Terrell), on Aug. 13 for contacting Elizabeth Nunes — an elementary school teacher and wife of Devin — "unlawfully, and with the intent to annoy." The outlet noted that Burden is accused of using "obscene language," "including a 'threat to inflict injury' to her or her property and family."
Burden was not arrested due to the new coronavirus protocols, but he has been ordered to appear before a judge. According to The Sun, if convicted, Burden could spend up to 180 days in county jail.
The Wire also reported that Nunes' office told them:
That Burden sent a series of threatening and lewd communications to Elizabeth aimed at her and her children. At the same time, similar threats were sent to the school where Elizabeth teaches third grade. Nunes' office said it hopes the FBI can determine whether Burden was responsible for both sets of messages or if he was working with someone else.
Terri Rufert, superintendent for the Sundale Union Elementary School District where Mrs. Nunes works, confirmed the allegations to The Daily Wire, issuing a statement saying:
We would like to thank the U.S. Capitol Police, the Tulare County Sheriff's Office, and the Tulare County District Attorney for taking action to protect our students and teachers. We take threats aimed at our school and our kids seriously. We will not tolerate any form of harassment or stalking directed at any of our students or teachers.
What did Rep. Nunes say?
Rep. Nunes also issued a statement in reaction to the charges against Burden, thanking law enforcement for their work.
"All threats will continue to be turned over to the proper authorities," he said.
Devin Nunes is a nine-term congressman and currently the ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee. The couple have three children.

MIT Debunks Musk's Neuralink As "Neuroscience Theater" In Scathing Critique
Scientists at MIT have wasted no time debunking Elon Musk's Neuralink presentation from last week.
Neuralink has said that it aims to "implant wireless brain-computer interfaces that include thousands of electrodes in the most complex human organ to help cure neurological conditions like Alzheimer's, dementia and spinal cord injuries and ultimately fuse humankind with artificial intelligence" - a line of thinking that Elon Musk touted last week, stating on Friday that "An implantable device can actually solve these problems."

And meanwhile, actual scientists at MIT appeared to take exception with Musk's claims in a new article published in the MIT Technology Review on Sunday. "Elon Musk’s livestreamed brain implant event made promises that will be hard to keep," the lede states.
"None of these advances are close at hand, and some are unlikely to ever come about," the article stated, calling most of the company’s medical claims "highly speculative."
It also points out that - just like with solar panels, electric cars, reusable rockets, and busses on skates in tunnels - that Musk isn't the first entrant into the space: "Researchers began placing probes in the brains of paralyzed people in the late 1990s in order to show that signals could let them move robot arms or computer cursors. And mice with visual implants really can perceive infrared rays."
Calling Musk on his nonsense, MIT was quick to point out that "Musk deftly avoided giving timelines or committing to schedules" during the presentation. They also stated that "Neuralink has provided no evidence that it can (or has even tried to) treat depression, insomnia, or a dozen other diseases that Musk mentioned in a slide."

It was announced on Facebook, that The “Trump Cruise Rally” that would drive into the dark heart of strife-riven Portland, Oregon. It was also touted as “conceal carry ONLY!” and began at the Clackamas Town Center. This was nothing more than an instigation, yet the media is painting the Trump supporters as akin to the Taliban.
Both sides are wrong here and both are simply acting like pawns of the globalists willing to do violence to keep a particular slave master calling the shots. Instead of working together to take down the real enemy, Americans have turned on each other, as has been the plan of the elitists for a long time. This is all likely to escalate through the elections.
Trump and his predecessor, Barack Obama have both laid the groundwork for the division we are seeing, even though both are on the same side: the side of the international banking cartel and cabalists. If you can’t see it by now, the elitists have already enslaved your mind. The United States Is the Only Country Among Developed Nations Keeping Children Home from School

Of course the doctor is right. Most Americans have little to worry about when it comes to the China coronavirus – COVID-19. The CDC reports that very few children have died from the virus since it came to US shores earlier this year.
Per the chart above, children have had very few deaths related to the COVID-19. As we reported some time ago, children are at a higher risk of dying from car crashes or drowning than from COVID-19.
It is time to open up all of our schools – if we love our children this is what we’ll do.

The hypocrisy of the pampered political elite on the topic of personal safety is reaching breathtaking new levels. No longer content to merely deprive the citizenry of the means with which to defend themselves, politicians in some jurisdictions are depriving residents of police protection as well. All the while, these contemptible figures have shown a keen interest in making arrangements to secure their own safety.
Anti-gun political actors have always ignored the logical implications of their own policies. Hillary Clinton travels with a bevy of bodyguards, as did Democrat mega-donor and NRA opponent Harvey Weinstein. According to a 1986 account from United Press International one of Sen. Ted Kennedy’s (D-Mass.) private bodyguards was arrested “when he arrived at the Capitol with two submachine guns and ammunition.”
On June 26, the Minneapolis City Council voted unanimously to advance a measure to disband the Minneapolis Police Department. The move to defund the police received significant criticism from leaders of the communities that most rely on the police department. Being charitable, the left-leaning Minneapolis Star Tribune described the city council’s proposal as “not well thought out.
However, city council members have little to fear from the sweeping overhaul of law enforcement. On June 30, the Star Tribune reported that at the same time council members were working to defund the police, city taxpayers spent $63,000 on private security for three council members.
In a July 1 editorial, the paper noted, “We do hope that council members fully consider the implications… Residents and businesses also face threats that can be mitigated by the presence of licensed, armed officers.” The item went on to note, “The debate in Minneapolis and elsewhere should not be about taking security from some but providing it persuasively to all.”
According to the Star Tribune, one of the officials to benefit from private security is City Council Vice President Andrea Jenkins. In June 2019, Jenkins advocated for further security at city hall after she was “shaken” by a group of protesters during a council meeting. The paper reported that “Jenkins said the city could put security guards at several entry points in the building.” The paper went on to quote Jenkins as complaining about a purported lack of gun control.
Another private security beneficiary was Ward 9 Council Member Alondra Cano. In August 2019, Cano took to Twitter to demand new gun controls, including measures “to remove certain guns from the market.”
The third politician to benefit at taxpayer expense was Ward 4 Council Member Phillipe Cunningham. As a candidate in 2017, Cunningham spoke at a gun control event put on by the anti-gun group Protect Minnesota.
This conspicuous display of hypocrisy was not limited to Mill City.
In early June, Seattle politicians ceded several city blocks to dissidents in what came to be called the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone (CHAZ), and later the Capitol Hill Occupied Protest (CHOP). Private property owners and residents inside the area were abandoned by the city.
A statement from attorneys who have filed a lawsuit against the city on behalf of those affected explained that “For more than two weeks, and with the full knowledge and participation of the City, our clients’ neighborhood and properties have been blocked, barricaded, occupied, and vandalized.” During the occupation, the area experienced several shootings, including one that resulted in the death of a 16-year-old and the wounding of a 14-year-old.

500 German Doctors and Scientists Question Official Covid-19 Story – ‘It is High Time That We Took This Into Our Own Hands’
More than 500 German doctors and scientists have officially formed an organization to investigate the global response to Covid-19 called the “Corona Extra-Parliamentary Inquiry Committee”, or Außerparlamentarischer Corona Untersuchungsausschuss (ACU) in Germany, and came to the conclusion that the freedom-limiting measures we are seeing taken across the globe are wildly excessive when compared with the infection rate of the pandemic.
“It is high time that we took this into our own hands” says one member of the ACU regarding a lack of scientific debate about the virus. “We will invite and hear experts here in the Corona speaker group. These are experts from all areas of life: Medicine, social affairs, law, economics and many more.
“As the Corona-Extra-Parliamentary Inquiry Committee, we will investigate why these restrictive measures were imposed upon us in our country as part of COVID-19, why people are suffering now and whether there is proportionality of the measures to this disease caused by the SARS-COV-2 virus. One member of the ACU reportedly confessed that, “we have a lot of evidence that it’s a fake story all over the world,” implying not that the virus itself is fake but that the danger it poses has been fiercely overestimated. However, the video was removed by YouTube for violating the rule that no information which dissents from the World Health Organization (WHO)’s stance on the coronavirus may exist on the platform.
Censorship of factual coronavirus information is nothing new as YouTube has quite a history of removing content from doctors and journalists. In April, they deleted a local NBC press conference of two California doctors, Dr. Dan Erickson, and Dr. Artin Massihi, simply for suggesting that the scale of the pandemic is not as vast as global authorities say. Tenured journalist Sharyl Attkisson also had one of her reports removed by YouTube for reporting about Hydroxychloroquine, a potential treatment for the virus.
Wolfgang Wodarg was one of the earliest German doctors to speak out against media hype surrounding the novel coronavirus, particularly when used to justify draconian lockdowns which many countries began in March of this year. Sweden is one notable exception to the lockdowns and they are faring much better than many other countries in terms of immunity.

Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi, another German scientist who specializes in microbiology, is part of the ACU and has believed since the beginning that the measures being taken to curb coronavirus infections are authoritarian and unreasonable.
“Implementation of the current draconian measures that so extremely restrict fundamental rights can only be justified if there is reason to fear that a truly, exceptionally dangerous virus is threatening us. Hydroxychloroquine, intravenous Vitamin C, and even some cannabis strains are proving for effective for some patients being treated for Covid-19, yet governments and media pundits seem to be interested only in a vaccine to end freedom-stifling lockdowns and mask mandates. Clearly, the authorities do not want us listening to alternative perspectives on the virus and how to treat it. In times like these, we should be asking whether those in power truly care about our health or are simply using the pandemic to chip away at even more of our liberties.
