I don't think the AGM114R9X existed at the time; also AGM is usually air to ground, but it could just as well have been a conventional missile, considering the discoloration and deformation of the right wing, probably a smaller missile, possibly even hand held launcher. That hole could be an AIM-9, but i'd expect the plane to have completely disintegrated.
