42-year-old Secret Service agent, Noel E. Remagen was found unresponsive last Sunday while traveling with President Trump’s security detail in Scotland. He passed away in the hospital on Tuesday and his body arrived in the US yesterday.

There are rumors that Remagen was Trump’s taster and that he died of poisoning. Given the extremely contemptuous anti-Trump climate following his latest disruptions of the Globalist apple cart, these rumors don’t seem entirely implausible.

However, the official report is that the well-respected 19-year veteran of the US Secret Service was protecting National Security Adviser John Bolton when he suffered a stroke.

While the Mainstream Media was hysterically fulminating and pearl-clutching in faux outrage over all things Trump, he and Melania were at Joint Base Andrews meeting with Remagen’s family.

An Unprecedented 1,640 CEOs Departed in 2019; Now Execs Are Dumping Stock at Highest Pace Since 2006

A rather fascinating picture is emerging that suggests that things were not as rosy in the U.S. economic landscape prior to the pandemic as President Donald Trump and his Director of the National Economic Council, Larry Kudlow, would have the public believe.

Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc. has been tracking CEO departures for the past 12 years. Its Vice President, Andrew Challenger, called the numbers for 2019 “staggering.” It was the highest number since their surveys began in 2002. A total of 1,640 CEOs headed for the exits last year. That was 156 more CEOs than those who left their post in 2008 – the year that Wall Street blazed a scorched earth trail through the U.S. economy.

The number of CEOs that did not leave on their own accord last year was 101 out of the 1,640. According to the study, 15 CEOs left over allegations of professional misconduct; 20 left amid a scandal, “typically under investigations for financial wrongdoing or other legal issues”; 24 saw their positions terminated; 39 left due to a merger or acquisition; 3 left due to bankruptcy.

Saudi king fires two royals under defense corruption probe

CAIRO — Saudi Arabia’s King Salman fired two senior royals and referred them along with four military officers for investigation into corruption at the Defense Ministry in a royal decree issued early on Tuesday and carried by state media.

The decree said Prince Fahd bin Turki bin Abdulaziz Al Saud would be removed as commander of joint forces in the Saudi-led coalition fighting in Yemen, and his son Prince Abdulaziz bin Fahd relieved of his post as deputy governor of al-Jouf region.

It said the decision was based on Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s missive to the anti-corruption committee to investigate “suspicious financial transactions at the defence ministry.”

Charlie Hebdo Reprints Mohammed Cartoons Before Terror Trial

French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo will mark the opening of a terror trial over a deadly 2015 attack on their offices by reprinting the disparaging Mohammed cartoons that sparked the rampage.

Twelve people were killed on January 7, 2015, when brothers Said and Cherie Kouachi stormed Charlie Hebdo’s Paris headquarters. Some of France’s most well known cartoonists were killed in the attack, which set off weeks of unrest and led to the deaths of 17 people in the ensuing days. Fourteen people will go on trial accused of supporting the terror attacks.

The decision to republish the cartoons, which depict prophet Mohammed in ways that many Muslims find offensive, was announced on Tuesday with an editorial that explained the decision. “We will never lie down,” Charlie Hebdo director Laurent Sourisseau wrote. “ We will never give up.”

A day after the Charlie Hebdo shooting, Amedy Coulibaly, an associate of Cherif Kouachi, killed a 27-year-old female police officer at a routine traffic stop outside Paris.

Duterte orders customs chief to shoot, kill drug smugglers

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte publicly ordered the country's top customs official to shoot and kill drug smugglers in one of his most overt threats during a deadly four-year campaign that has been the centerpiece of his presidency.

Duterte has steadfastly denied authorizing extrajudicial killings but has repeatedly and openly threatened drug dealers with death. He and the national police, which has led enforcement of his anti-drug campaign, have said most of the suspects killed by police during the campaign fought back and threatened the lives of law enforcers.

Duterte gave the order to Bureau of Customs Commissioner Rey Leonardo Guerrero in televised remarks from a Cabinet meeting on the coronavirus pandemic Monday night.

Guerrero, a retired army general and former military chief of staff, was not around when Duterte spoke, but the president said he met Guerrero and two other officials earlier Monday at the presidential palace in Manila.

8th Circuit finds TSA agents can be liable for assault

A panel of the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals decided today, over a dissent, that TSA checkpoint staff at airports (“Transportation Security Officers”) are “officer[s] of the United States … empowered by law to execute searches… for violations of Federal law”, making TSOs liable for damages if they commit assault, battery, or certain other torts against travelers.

With today’s decision in Iverson v. TSA the 8th Circuit joins the 3rd Circuit (en banc) in what is now a 2-1 split with the 11th Circuit, which ruled in 2014 that TSOs, despite their title and the fact that their primary job is to carry out searches, are not “officer[s] of the United States … empowered by law to execute searches… for violations of Federal law” and thus are completely immune from liability for even intentional assaults on travelers.

Most people unfamiliar with the law assume that the government is generally liable for damages if its agents attack innocent citizens. While the law is complex, the general principle is just the reverse: The US government generally enjoys “sovereign immunity” — a despicably undemocratic vestige of the idea that the king is above the law — and private individuals can sue the government only with the government’s permission.

DC police won’t say why they didn’t have more cops protecting politicians, guests as they left RNC

Washington, D.C.’s Metropolitan Police Department refused to comment on why the department failed to prevent protesters from harassing Republican National Convention attendees outside of the White House Thursday night.

Protesters harassed Florida Rep. Brian Mast, Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul and his wife, RNC guests and police officers, multiple videos from the night show. Metropolitan Police Chief Peter Newsham said in a press conference Monday that the department had to plan for the convention on “short notice.”

“When you throw bricks, and rocks and bottles and urine and you set fires, there is going to be a police reaction,” Newsham said at the press conference.

“So folks who want to suggest or paint the picture that this was somehow peaceful, and the police indiscriminately used munitions against them, they’re not being honest,” Newsham added.

Technocrats Freak Out Over CDC’s 6% COVID Death Figure

Well, first Technocrats and leftist media blame Qanon. Q is crazy, right? Then they point to Trump for retweeting that same number: if Trump said it, it must be false, right? After Twitter deleted everyone else’s tweets about it, the media figured it had to be fake news, right?

Within hours, every major publication was blasting anyone and everyone who dared to “misinterpret” the CDC’s latest finding. You have to leave the interpreting part to the experts, they say, to the epidemiologists and to the scientists. Mere citizens are simply too ignorant and uneducated to understand lofty mathematical concepts like 6% or complicated medical terms like comorbidity.

The CDC’s website clearly and definitively states:

For 6% of the deaths, COVID-19 was the only cause mentioned. For deaths with conditions or causes in addition to COVID-19, on average, there were 2.6 additional conditions or causes per death.

DETROIT (AP) — The federal government can be sued for negligence in the Flint water crisis, a judge said Wednesday, citing the failure of regulators to timely act as good Samaritans and blow the whistle on lead in the water supply.

The decision comes days after the state of Michigan said it’s willing to pay $600 million to settle a raft of lawsuits by Flint residents over disastrous decisions by Gov. Rick Snyder’s administration.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency didn’t cause Flint’s water to be contaminated with lead, but it knew about high lead levels and didn’t crack down in time, U.S. District Judge Judith Levy said in an 86-page opinion.
