This is so true! God does not see His children according to their sin, He sees them only as His Righteous children, cleansed of all sin through Christ! Isn't that awesome? We tend to condemn ourselves - what I do now is, when I catch myself condemning myself, I remind myself that 1) that is my "old man" nature, 2) Jesus Christ paid for my sin 3) God does not see me according to my sin. This helps me move past it and grow from my mistake instead of bringing myself down. It also helps to keep me free of guilt so that I can continue my ver personal fellowship with God.
