Hopefully this will be a very encouraging illustration of a point that Tim Tebow made!
First, here's the quote: "When you put everything in God's hands, you get to see God's hands in everything"!
So, I read that quote for the first time yesterday, and it pierced my heart, because I tend to lean towards stressing out just like everybody else, anyway, I was recently hired in to clean up a construction company and improve efficiency. The company, like a lot of construction companies, get into trouble when they use money allocated to one project to cover expenses, et al, for other projects, and things can rapidly get out of control, but point is, I'm currently facing a situation where checks have been written, but the money to cover them is not there. Currently I'm waiting to get paid on a scheduled item that will cover these expenses, but I (rightfully so) can't pick up a check until that particular job has been completed. That job was scheduled for the end of next week, too late to cover current expenses, HOWEVER, instead of stressing out about it, this morning, I remembered Tim Tebo's quote and put it in God's hands! Well, I just received a call asking to move that project item up to tomorrow…AND THERE IT IS! We'll pick up a check tomorrow and current crises is handled! Guise, I very much want to encourage you to move into a spiritual place where you put your faith and trust in The Most High God! Sometimes I "go sideways" just like everybody else, but God is so Gracious…he always brings me back to center and shows me He's there and He cares! Peace to your and yours!

I totally understand where you're at and what you're feeling right now brother, BUT, it's NOT the response God wants from you! "Though a righteous man falls 7 times…he gets up…", right? ALL of us are unworthy! BUT, He already took care of that by giving us His Righteousness! You…and I, often see ourselves in a religious context…but not God! He see's us through The Blood of Jesus! Just keep following Him and WATCH what He does! He WILL be faithful to complete the good work He began in you! Drop the shame and fix your eyes on Him! You're dwelling on the shame is the same as Peter taking his eyes off of Jesus and focusing on the waves! Put your eyes back on Him! He's SUCH A GOOD GOD!
