What I'm trying to say is beyond the headline, no sexual misconduct or drinking on the job was proved when she was forced to step down. The headline is mixing the unproven accusation of sex and alcohol and the fact that she was removed as one and the same thing. She was removed for using her power as a judge to influence her reelection. The commission that removed her found no evidence of drinking or sexual misconduct. Won't matter, media job is done. People won't read past the headlines.
