I'm not sure what good that does since court just ruled that congress can't enforce subpeona on people. Unless I'm just not understanding the ruling.

That's the part I guess I'm not understanding. If someone tells congress to stuff it and the courts can't enforce it, what happens?

What would compel someone to show up?
