Mind you, I don't differentiate between God/Satan and aliens as both can be abstracted as "enigmatic higher intelligence with special powers" and thus are polymorphic in implementation from the human perspective.

Still, I long for days where my Vic-20 was the basis for terminal interactions, and hope that the aliens bring back this technology to the masses. We don't have enough tech diversity and I feel that common folks should have access to open technology.
