The ass holes tried to have him arrested, but the Sheriff will have none of it. The procecutor wants him arrested, but since the Sheriff wouldn't arrest him, they want him to turn himself in! The BLM signs are unpermitted and are on the public right of way. You can hear him explain to the Sheriff that he paid $600 to have his sign permitted.
