With all the people leaving the blue cities/states for suburbs etc. during the riots, how likely is it there could be an electoral college overload from now literal Dem-only locations?
Say, most Red voters move out and collectively go somewhere worth 3 E.C. votes, and the Dem's stay and swamp the remaining Blue E.C.'s worth 1 vote but get countless more locations etc.–no division like in '16, if you follow.
